Gaurav is a management graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) from IIT, Kanpur. He has been in Investment Banking since 2003 and developed extensive network with Global Financial Institutions. His deep insight, analytical skills and business diligence have helped numerous corporates raise funds for their growth needs. At Yellowstone he takes care of Engagement models with the clients and also executes structured transactions. 

 A Chartered Accountant & a Chartered Financial Analyst by qualification, he started his career in 2004 with Leader Capital. An avid scholar, He has several valuation papers to his credit. He has past experiences in Business Planning, Equity Research and Valuation of Privately held businesses. Manoj understands the opportunities for assessing the viability of PE/Debt transactions and handles relationships with Corporates & Funds across the globe.  

Chaitanya is an infrastructure, power and cleantech sector professional having around ~18 years of industry + strategic advisory experience. He is B.Tech (IIT-Kanpur), MBA (IIM-Calcutta) and a PMP from PMI, USA. He has worked with organizations such as BHEL, Accenture consulting and commissioned distressed hydro power projects. He is a registered valuer across asset classes and has hands-on experience of distressed asset revival, project engineering and management of large capital projects. At Yellowstone, he guides and helps the team in execution of the assignments.  

Sanchita Patnaik is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from USA. She is based out of Hyderabad/Chennai and has prior experience as an Investment Banker with Atherstone Capital. She was also associated with 3NS Capital at advisory and transaction level. She guides the clients in preparation of collateral documents and also handles relationship with our global associates. She was a Consultant with a leading ed-tech company before joining Yellowstone.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Capt Anant Mohan has varied experience across different work environments. He was actively engaged in counter-terrorism operations during his service in the Indian Army, has run the largest selling outlet for IOC in Andhra Pradesh (then undivided), India. He has been actively associated with Real Estate business, Financial Services, etc., over the last 30 years. The skills gained through his diverse background enable him to bring insightful analysis to each engagement he is involved in at Yellowstone. He takes care of business development at Yellowstone Capital.
